Tickets are non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date.

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a refund through the original ticketing provider.

If you purchased through a reseller or third party, you must contact them directly.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who:

behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner

is intoxicated or abusive

fails to follow venue guidance
